Bibi Duaij Al-Jaber Al Sabah has led the revitalization of Kuwait’s textile heritage through education, innovation and sustainability. Under her leadership, the AlSadu Society has expanded weaving education, launched contemporary design initiatives, and established the Soof Sustainable Wool Mill, while also achieving UNESCO recognition.
Through international collaborations, exhibitions and cultural initiatives, she continues to bridge traditional craftsmanship with contemporary creativity, fostering new opportunities for sadu weaving while strengthening its relevance in Kuwait and beyond.
